Blooming Buddies is an online web site created through Pixieland, Incorporated.

Privacy Policy: Blooming Buddies values and protects your privacy. Our practices conform to the Federal Trade Commission’s fair information practices of notice, choice, access, and security.

In order to purchase an item from Blooming Buddies you will be required to enter certain personal information (e.g., name, address, email address, etc.). This personal information disclosed during a purchase will be utilized to complete your purchase transaction and ship the purchased items to you.

In addition to the uses of personal information listed above, we may from time to time utilize personal information that you provide to us to contact you regarding products, services, and information we believe you would find useful, or to help us serve you better.

Additionally, any email message we send you will clearly state how you may remove your name from the email list.

Blooming Buddies will never sell, barter, or give your contact information to a third party.

Purchasing Online

Shopping Cart
All the items you add to your shopping cart will appear when you click on Shopping Cart. To remove items you no longer want, click Remove Item, then click update cart, and that item will disappear from your shopping bag.

You may also change the quantity of items requested in a similar manner.

Checkout
All payments to Blooming Buddies are securely processed through PayPal.

Once you proceed to checkout, you will be automatically directed to our secure PayPal checkout page. Once there, you may choose to pay with either your PayPal account, or pay with credit card or eCheck via PayPal.

You will receive an email, to the email address listed with PayPal, with a confirmation of your completed order.

Blooming Buddies does not accept phone orders at this time. However, should you experience on line difficulty, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Order Cancellation or Change
If you would like to cancel or change an order you’ve just placed, please email Blooming Buddies at Bloomingbuddies@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been shipped or are already in transit cannot be changed or canceled. These orders must be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Address Validation
Please be sure that you enter a complete address when filling out your “bill to”, and “ship to”, information. Please review your order information before confirming your order. Please review our shipping policies to see how we ship and what type of service can be sent to each specific type of address.

Any errors in your shipping address may cause a shipping delay or could cause your package to be lost in transit or misrouted.

Tax Policy
Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship to address being used on your order).

Tax is also applied to the shipping fees associated to the taxable items in your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. However, you will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as these fees are not refundable and are applied to cover the cost of your order.

Blooming Buddies Shipping Policies:

Except in rare instances, most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available on orders to all 50 United States, as well as to U.S. military personnel using A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

All standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. Generally, packages weighing less than 12oz will ship USPS First Class mail, and all packages weighing more than 12oz will ship UPS ground. The time frame for standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days. The type of carrier used for your order will depend on service availability within your specific area.

Shipments sent to PO BOXES, AK, HI, GU, PR and VI are sent Standard Delivery via the US Postal Service. Delivery generally occurs within 3-7 business days.

APO OR FPO: Shipments sent to military addresses are sent Standard Delivery via the US Postal Service. Delivery is handled via the Military Post Office and will generally occur within 1-2 weeks.

Important note
Free shipping applies only to standard shipping to orders in the 50 United States and to U.S. military personnel using A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. At this time, free shipping is only available where specifically stated within our web site.

International Shipments
Currently we only ship within the United States.

Please note: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
